Sorter / Loader Operator

Shifts Available: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm & Monday 2pm – 10pm

We are seeking a number of Sorters to join our team. Applications with a Loader Operator ticket will be highly regarded and eligible for a higher rate.

Remuneration:

• Sorter hourly rate including 25% casual loading: $37.09
• Loader Operator or Forklift duties rate including 25% casual loading: $40
• Dirt allowance: $1.15 per hour (applicable on max 38 hrs per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently sort recyclable materials on a conveyor belt.
• Identify and remove non-recyclable items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with others to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Facial hair must be maintained to enable a seal with a P2 dust mask.
• Attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify materials.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts
